The Celestron NexStar 127 SLT Telescope packs alot of performance into a compact portable sized set up. This Celestron 127 Maksutov design is perfect for beginners or seasoned astronomers looking for a portable easy to use telescope. The built in Celestron SkyAlign software allows the user to align this telescope without any prior knowledge of the night sky by using just three bright objects. Once aligned this telescope can automatically locate and track thousands of night sky objects including planets galaxies and nebulae.
Celestron’s Revolutionary SkyAlignUsing Celestron’s patented SkyAlign (patent pending), simply input the date, time and location into the hand control then slew the telescope to any three bright celestial objects in the sky. You do not need to know the names of the stars – you can even pick the Moon or bright planets!
