Update at Close of business 22nd December 2023

We are now closed until January 2024 and there will be no further shipments before Xmas.  Orders can still be placed via the website as normal, but please note that some items may not be processed or shipped until we return on Thursday 4th January.

In the meantime we would like to wish all our customers past and present a very happy holiday period and all the best for 2024!

Christmas Returns Policy

We already have a generous 28 Day return policy, and for orders placed from 20th of November we will honour a minimum of 14 days from 25th December.  Full details of our policy can be found by clicking here.  This does not effect your statutory rights.

Christmas Opening Hours  

Our showroom can be visited on a by appointment basis - and subject to stock availability we plan to offer bookings up to 12 noon on Friday 22nd December.  Please contact if you would like to visit, and we will let you know what we still have available to collect in time for Christmas.

Christmas Deliveries

As we get closer to Christmas, we will update this section with last posting dates for Christmas.  Please note as per the details below, last posting dates will only apply to 'in stock' items held in stock or at local warehouses.  If you have any doubts please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification.

PLEASE NOTE ITEMS MARKED with a leadtime eg '7-10 Days leadtime' cannot be accelerated by selecting express delivery option as they will be shipped from a manufacturer, and whilst they may make it in time for Christmas if ordered on or before 14th December it is already too late to be sure these will arrive in time for Christmas.

We would like to confirm that we use the following premium services;

We only typically use Royal Mail Tracked  and Royal Mail Special Delivery for small items.  For Larger items we use DPD Local, DHL Express services and DX Logistics.

Our last shipping time before Christmas this year will be Noon on Thur 21st December. Orders placed after this date may not be shipped until the New Year.

Lots of companies talk about guaranteed delivery dates. We would like to use this terminology ourselves, however like the majority of UK companies that guarantee relies on a third party courier delivering your goods.  To increase the chances of a sucessful delivery within the published service level we pay for a premium service that is both insured and trackable.  We do not use any economy couriers or services.

Please note that our last dispatching date will be Noon on Thur 21st December and that our business will be closed from 23rd December through to 3rd Jan 2024.  The showroom will re-open on Thursday 4th January 2024. Orders will be accepted during this period, but please note that dispatches may not re-commence until Thursday 4th Jan 2024.
