We already have a generous 28 Day return policy, and for orders placed from 15th of November we will extend the 28 Day return period to start from 25th December.  Full details of our policy can be found by clicking here.  This does not effect your statutory rights.

Christmas Deliveries

In previous seasonal periods there have been stories in the press about severe backlogs experienced by certain delivery companies, so we understand customers will be concerned about who we use for our own deliveries during the Christmas period.

We would therefore like to confirm that we use the following premium services;

For Small items we use Royal Mail First Class Signed for, and Royal Mail Special Delivery

For Larger items we use DPD 24 Hour, FedEx 24 Hour and DHL Express services.

Whilst this is a very busy time of year for us in most cases we manage to process our orders and deliver in line with with our published service standards. This is within 3-5 Working days for the Free Service and 1-2 Working Days for Express.

Inevitably there will always be some exceptions so we advise that the last safe date for Christmas Deliveries using the Free service is Wed 13th December.  Some orders up to Noon Friday 15th Dec may still make it in time but this cannot be guaranteed due to the pressure on the delivery networks so if your item is needed for Christmas we would advise using the express option.

We are advising Midnight on 18th December as the last safe date for Christmas orders using the Express Option. however orders placed on Wed 19th December may still make it in time. Please do not rely on this at all without telephoning to check stock first though.  Our last shipping day before Christmas is Thursday 20th December. Orders placed after this date may not be shipped until the New Year.

Lots of companies talk about guaranteed delivery dates. We would like to use this terminology ourselves, however like the majority of UK companies that guarantee relies on a third party courier delivering your goods.  To increase the chances of a sucessful delivery within the published service level we pay for a premium service that is both insured and trackable.  We do not use any economy couriers or services.

We hold large amounts of stock at our showroom in Tring Hertfordshire, so a collection is also possible. Please feel free to call us on 01442 822997 to check stock and reserve an item for collection. 

Please note that our last dispatching date will be Friday 21st December and that our business will be closed from 22nd December through to 6th Jan 2019. Orders will be accepted during this period, but please note that dispatches may not re-commence until Monday 7th Jan 2019.
