Delivery

We Offer Free UK Standard Delivery for all orders to mainland UK addresses with an option to upgrade to UK Express Delivery at a cost of £7.95 per Order.

Standard surcharges apply for deliveries to Highlands and Islands including Northern Ireland.

Due to the specialist nature of the products that we sell there will be exceptions to the above charges. For the larger heavy telescopes in particular we reserve the right to obtain and discuss individual shipping quotations.

*For small orders < 1kg where we may be able to send via Royal Mail. Please contact us for a postage discount. 

Orders placed by Noon Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same working day* (Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed after this time will usually be dispatched the next working day*.

UK Standard Delivery: Most Orders will arrive within 3-5 working days. Small items are usually dispatched via Royal Mail and larger items via a 2-3 Day Courier Service. 

UK Express Delivery: Most Orders will arrive within 1-2 working days. Small items are usually dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class and larger items via a 24 hour Courier Service.

Couriers

We mainly use DPD, FedEx and DHL. We reserve the right to use alternatives if the need arises for specialist shipments. 

We do not add any extra charges for 'handling' or packaging, but hope you will support us in our use of recycled packaging where possible.
